About Home Town Secure LLC
Home Town Secure sits on the east side of Wautoma, close to Silver Lake. It handles self storage along with boat and RV parking, and the units are brand new. Sizes run from 5x8 up to 11x40, so there's room for small personal items or a large rig. You get 24-hour access to your unit and on-site security monitoring. Rentals go month to month, and there are discounts if you sign on for six months or more. Reviewers bring up pricing again and again, calling it reasonable compared with other places they checked. Two reviewers also mention how secure the storage feels. The owner gets credit for being quick to respond. One reviewer needed a unit on short notice and had one the same day. Another said their storage time was extended without friction when a construction project ran long. The person answering the phone was described as helpful and friendly, even when plans changed.
