About House Storage Plus - 49th Ave
House Storage Plus sits on 49th Ave in Sacramento, a self-storage lot with 9x20 spaces sized for a car, boat or RV. Units here run from 5x10 up to 10x35 if you need room for more than the rig. The gate is automated and cameras run around the clock. Reviewers keep bringing up the manager, calling him helpful and quick to answer questions. One tenant said an inaccessible unit got swapped out right away. Others mention the grounds staying clean and quiet, with hardly anyone around when they stop by. A couple of things worth knowing before you drive over. One reviewer noted the gate stays open during the day, and another said the parking lot by their space is narrow enough that a car behind you could block you in. Rates came up as reasonable in the reviews. Online payments are available.
