About Houston Premium Storage
Houston Premium Storage sits on the self-storage side of things, but the listings cover more than boxes and furniture. Indoor storage is what gets mentioned, plus electric service at the unit, which matters if you want to keep a rig plugged in while it sits. The reviews land at 4.1 from 51 Google reviews, and the staff come up a lot. Several reviewers single out Alyssia by name for being helpful and understanding, including one who fell behind on a payment and worked it out with her. Others say the phone process was quick and they had their code and unit within minutes. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer with a 37 foot travel trailer watched the place slide after maintenance changed, citing loud music, potholes filled only in the first row, and repeated power outages. Another notes the rent went up. Mixed signals, so read the recent reviews yourself before you commit to a bay.
