About Hunter Valley Storage
Hunter Valley Storage is a family-owned self-storage facility in New Braunfels, Texas. They offer covered, indoor, and outdoor storage for RVs, boats, and trailers. The place has a gated entrance with cameras, and you can get in 24/7. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff. One person said they're super friendly and genuine, the kind of service you don't expect at a storage place. Another liked that it's family owned and operated. Someone on a waitlist got a call when a spot opened up and jumped at the chance to move their travel trailer there. Security comes up too. One reviewer felt their camper was secure, and the facility even called when a strange entry time showed up on their key code to check it was legit. It wasn't. The grounds are being updated, with a new base added to expand the trailer parking area. If you're in the New Braunfels or San Marcos area and need a spot for your rig, this one has a solid local reputation.

“Super friendly service. You typically don’t associate friendly, good customer service with storage locations, but that’s what you get here! Family owned and operated. I was on a wait list, and they called me, were super helpful.” – Mark S., 6 months ago, on Google
“Loved it and hate to leave. Alas, we are moving 4.5 hours away, and HVS will not be as convenient for us as it once was. Staff was always respectful and friendly.” – Marie G., 4 years ago, on Google
