About Hwy 20 Mini Storage, LLC
Hwy 20 Mini Storage sits on the edge of Lebanon and offers RV and boat storage along with regular storage units and climate-controlled options. It's a self-storage facility, so you're parking your rig in a spot or unit rather than at a full-service resort. Reviews mention reasonable rates and a manager named Rose who several renters describe as friendly and helpful. The place is kept clean, though one reviewer noted it could use some modernization and a little TLC like cobweb dusting. Another mentioned the office often closes around 3 pm and the gate shuts at 8 pm, so plan your visits accordingly. Security is on-site 24 hours, and management is careful about who's around. Renters repeatedly bring up the fair prices, with some saying they're the best in Linn and Benton County. Military discount is available. Several long-time storage users say the staff here treated them better than other facilities in the area. Come by or call to check availability and current move-in specials.

“Last fall we needed a LARGE storage unit for our interstate move and no one in our new town had any. When we called HWY 20, they said we could get two of their largest available at a very reasonable rate so we reserved the two.” – Sojourner, 8 years ago, on Google
“While it could use some modernization (not much in the way of climate control) and a little TLC (mostly just cleaning cobwebs and dust), Highway 20 Mini Storage still get's the job done at a fair price.” – Casey L., 9 years ago, on Google
“I love this place! I recently saw a poor review and I just can't imagine why, it couldn't be more untrue. Not only are these storages kept clean, but they have the most reasonable prices in Linn/Benton County.” – Angel C., 2 years ago, on Google
