About Ideal Self Storage - Sanger
Ideal Self Storage - Sanger sits in Waco, Texas. It's a gated, well-lit facility with drive-up units, so you can pull right up to load or unload. The company has been in the storage business for over 15 years. Note that there's no office at this site; you'll need to visit the Towne Oaks Drive location for paperwork. Reviewers have thoughts. Some praise the customer service, saying staff emailed payment reminders and kept their belongings safe. Others report problems: water damage that led to mold, rats getting into units, and a gate code that sometimes didn't work. A few mention the monthly review requests got annoying. With a 4.4-star average from 118 Google reviews, it's a mixed bag. If you're considering it, stop by and see how the place feels. Ask about security and maintenance. If you do rent, keep an eye on your stuff.
