About Ideal-Storage Inc
Ideal-Storage Inc is a gated storage facility in Gibsonton that handles RVs and boats. The Google rating sits at 4.9 across 59 reviews, and the reviews keep circling the same things: safety and cleanliness. Boat owners show up a lot in the feedback. One reviewer kept a boat there two years and said it went without a hitch, and mentioned comparing prices with a closer spot that ran nearly double. Others describe management as helpful and quick to answer calls, and one customer said the whole rental could be done online and moved fast. There are a few stories beyond the routine. After a storm tore a roof off, the staff offered space to keep belongings dry, put a new roof on fast, and called when it was time to move back in. People describe a team that answers every call, is straightforward about how they run things, and is easy to talk to. Hours are posted, so check before you drive over.
