About In Towne Self-Storage
In Towne Self-Storage sits in St. Charles and runs both indoor climate-controlled units and outdoor space, with several sizes to pick from. Reviews keep coming back to the same things: the building is clean, the lot feels safe, and the staff are the reason people stay. Cameras watch the property and the lighting comes on automatically. Renters get 24/7 access, and there are dollies and moving carts on hand. U-Haul trucks are available here too, and reviewers say they are clean and in good shape. One reviewer switched from another facility after a quick talk at the front desk. Others mention Shannon, Cathy and Ben by name and credit them for the experience. The place carries a 5.0 rating across 115 Google reviews, which is a lot of people agreeing on the same handful of points. Hours are posted, so check them before you haul over.
