About Interstate Self Storage
Interstate Self Storage in Moses Lake offers both indoor and outdoor storage, including spots for RVs and boats. Reviews point to friendly staff and a security system that gets called top notch. One reviewer said the rental process was the most convenient and simple they had ever done. The facility has a 4.7 rating from 23 Google reviews. People mention clean units and staff who work with you when circumstances come up. A long-term customer of four years thanked them for patience during a difficult time. Not every review is perfect. One person reported a few items stolen and said the camera footage provided to police was shorter than requested. Another noted some water damage to books inside a unit.
