About J & J Store & Lock
J & J Store & Lock is a self-storage yard in Middletown, Ohio, with a 4.4 rating across 52 Google reviews. Reviewers keep coming back, and several mention this being their fourth or fifth stint renting here. The helpful staff gets the most mentions. People describe the owners as respectful and understanding, and one reviewer said they treat you like family. Rates come up often too, with several calling them the best around after calling other spots in town. Security draws steady praise. The whole place is video monitored, not just the entrance, and the property is gated and locked. Some units have built-in locks. One reviewer wished the lot were paved rather than gravel. Not every review is positive. One person reported mice in a unit and said the owner did not believe it, and another was locked out while the office was closed for vacation. Weigh those against the rest.
