About Jerico Building & Storage
On the edge of Emmett, Jerico Building & Storage handles both indoor units and outdoor parking for RVs, trailers and boats. One reviewer parked a 40 foot RV trailer here and also rented units, and came away impressed with how the buildings held up. No pest or moisture trouble, they said. Reviewers tend to bring up the people first. Friendly staff, easy setup, and an owner who lives on-site with security cameras watching the grounds. Someone mentioned the owner took time on a weekend to rent a unit when they needed one badly, and helped set up bill pay so they would not have to drive over. Prices come up as fair, cheaper than a lot of other places in the area, with a good range of sizes. It is a self-storage facility with 24/7 monitoring. Not every review is glowing, so read through them yourself before you commit.
