K&D Storage

About K&D Storage

K&D Storage sits along Highway 50 in Lone Jack and takes boats, RVs and other recreational rigs. Units come with drive-up access and tall doors, so you pull straight in instead of wrestling a trailer through tight turns. The lot has wide lanes, which one boater said made moving a boat and trailer a lot easier. The reviews run both ways, and it is worth knowing that before you drive out. One customer who keeps a boat here for Lake of the Ozarks trips called the place clean and secure, and singled out the wash bay as a favorite for cleanup after a weekend on the water. Others have not had that experience. One wrote about a week of trying to reach anyone, with a full voicemail and an online payment system that would not work. Another had a dispute with the owner over money paid for a unit. Four reviews average out to 2.3 stars. Hours are posted, but the gate is not open around the clock.
