About King Storage
King Storage runs two locations in Waupaca, including the only units inside city limits at 1016 Ware St. Reviewers call the units clean and dry, and one renter noted no sign of rodents. Another liked that the lot stays lit at night for late drop-offs, and snow gets plowed in winter. Signing up online or by phone is easy, and you can pay through the website. Several renters mention quick responses when they had a problem, like a missing lock or a forgotten key. One called the owner friendly and professional. A few warn that late payments lead to a double lock and a wait to get back in, and some found fees and rate increases frustrating. Ask about the credit card fee before you set up autopay. The facility has set hours, so plan your visit.

What renters mention
“Easy to set up online or by phone. I use auto pay direct; but for some reason they can never get it right and they keep charging me the extra $1.00 for a fee for using a credit card.” – Jim, Edited 4 months ago, on Google
“The unit is good size for my items. Great customer care on support on internet password; I was having password troubles and it got solved plus when I went to unit no lock and key but when I called back the customer care called management…” – Taylor I., 7 months ago, on Google
“5 star on keeping it accessible. Snow plowed etc. BUT if you even a little late on your payment, expect to have it double locked. And prices have increased quite a bit. And then you have to wait for them to unlock it. No patience there.” – Lori A., a year ago, on Google
