About KO Storage
KO Storage sits along US-12 in Aberdeen, near the NSU campus, and rents units month to month. Everything runs through a call center and online portal, so you sign up and pay without an on-site office. Access is 24/7. Reviews are mixed. Several renters call the setup easy and praise staff by name, with one noting a rep who took the stress out of a last-minute rental. Others describe leaks, a unit that arrived full of garbage, and trouble reaching a manager. One long-term renter had no luck getting a roof leak fixed after repeated calls. Size and pricing details aren't listed here, so ask when you call. If you want staff on site to walk you through a unit before you commit, this setup may not suit you. Read the recent reviews and look at the property yourself first.
