About KO Storage
KO Storage sits on White Rock Ln in Billings, Missouri, and it handles more than just household overflow. Covered storage is available, and the lot is gated with climate control among the options. Online rentals and month-to-month leases mean you can sign up without a trip to the office. Reviews land at 4.4 stars across 138 Google ratings. People consistently call out clean units, and several mention quick replies and easy signup. Others note the contactless process and online rental. The owner gets a few mentions for actually caring, and one reviewer reported a scratched exit keypad that has since been replaced. Not everything is glowing. Some reviewers describe mice in their units, and a handful complain about rate increases after the first year. A few found the call center slow to reach and hard to work things out with. If you are comparing lots, read the recent reviews and ask about rates before you sign.

What renters mention
“Nice, well kept facility and I love the fact each unit is electronically surveyed. My only gripe is the keypad when exiting is so scratched up you can't really tell for sure if you're putting in the correct numbers or not.” – mark t., Edited a year ago, on Google
“I rented online and needed help gaining gate access. I connected to Von who promptly verified my account and got my access code to me. Von even stayed on the line to make sure I could get in. Top notch customer service!” – Jaclyn D., 5 months ago, on Google
“They were absolutely wonderful, were able to get us a place for our camper. ASAP and when that spot didn't fit, they found a new spot which was a better spot.” – Theda C., 4 months ago, on Google
