About KO Storage
KO Storage sits on E Tyler Ave in Harlingen, and it covers more than the usual lockers. The listing includes auto, boat, and RV storage alongside regular self-storage, so there is room for a rig. Climate controlled units are available if you want them. Reviewers tend to bring up the staff first. People describe employees as pleasant and helpful, and one customer named Jherck specifically for answering questions and explaining things clearly. The rental process gets called easy from start to finish, and more than one person said the rates beat other places they checked. It is not a new facility, and the online side draws complaints. Reviewers mention a clunky website, no app, and difficulty logging in. Others flagged admin fees charged per unit and trouble reaching anyone at the local number. Worth knowing before you sign.
