About KO Storage
KO Storage on E 2nd St runs a self-storage yard in Liberal with room for RVs alongside regular units. The place is gated with a coded entry, and cameras went in after some early gaps, according to reviewers. People tend to mention two things: the staff and the move-in. One reviewer called the welcome polite and helpful, another said the process was smooth and the unit clean. A long-time renter praises the gate upkeep and quick, kind phone calls, though they gripe that finding the gate code by email is a pain now. Not every review is warm. One person wrote about being locked out for days and said they were heading to court. Rentals run month to month, and you can reserve and pay online. There is a call center if you need a person. Rates came up as more affordable than most in one review.

What renters mention
“It's a great place to put your stuff at first they didn't have cameras or a locked gate with a code they do now have both and I've had issues in the past but were resolved with one simple phone call they are more than willing to work with…” – Tim S., 2 years ago, on Google
“Been using this storage since two owners ago. It's harder to navigate the new site. Also finding the one and ONLY email off the gate code is insanely hard. Wish it was part of our info on our portal, like the last owners.” – Sanni A., a year ago, on Google
“Welcome was very polite and extremely helpful.its much appreciated.very pleasant to talk with .He made it less uncomfortable to tak about a difficult situation today.” – M T., 8 months ago, on Google
