About KO Storage
KO Storage sits on WI-33 in Portage, a self-storage spot that also handles trailers, boats, and RVs. The lot is gravel, and reviewers mention pull-through units when they have a big rig to park. Access runs seven days a week under month-to-month leases, and you can rent and pay online. Reviews land at 4.6 stars across 98 ratings. Several people call the units clean and new, and more than one says the rental process was quick and easy, with insurance available right in the application. Staff get named in reviews for being pleasant and patient, including one person who helped a renter add a second unit. It is not all praise. Some renters say rates climbed after the first couple of months, and a few mention fees. One reviewer notes the building lacks gutters and the road around the units needs repair. If you want a pull-through space, ask about which location has one before you sign.

“It was super easy and quick to get the unit we needed. Also bonus is you can get insurance right though the application. Quick and painless. Unit was clean and in great shape. A lot nicer than some units in the area” – Erick B., a year ago, on Google
“Victoria was very helpful and patient with me while we took care of my rent and set up an additional unit. Outstanding customer service in a time that is usually void of the human touch. Thank you very much.” – William S., Edited 2 years ago, on Google
“Won an auction here, it was a pleasure dealing with the people I spoke to on the phone, however I do believe their prices are a bit high. Overall so far a good experience” – Charles S., 5 months ago, on Google
