About KO Storage
KO Storage on Main St in Richmond keeps things simple. You can rent online, pay online, and go month to month. Access is 24/7, so you can get to your stuff whenever you need it. Some units are climate controlled, some are drive up, and they come in small and large sizes. Reviewers mention the move-in process was easy. One person had a hiccup at move-out, but John from the KO team answered the call and sorted it out. Mitzi gets a nod for listening to a billing concern and following up. Others say the staff is polite, patient, and cheerful. A few people note the outdoor units are not climate controlled, and one review mentioned broken glass near a unit that management said they would clean up. The facility handles self storage, car storage, boat storage, and RV storage. It's worth a call to see what's available for your rig.
