KO Storage

About KO Storage

KO Storage sits on W 19th St in San Angelo, close to Angelo State University and N. Bryant Blvd. You can rent online, pay online, and go month to month. The lot is gated and fenced, with cameras watching the property. The facility handles cars, boats, and RVs alongside regular household storage, and tenant insurance is offered. Online reviews are mixed, and a 3.3 rating from 18 of them tells you to ask questions before you sign. Several reviewers describe break-ins at their units, with thieves getting in through sheetrock in neighboring empty units. One says the door was left jammed and it was a week before anyone acted. Others mention rent going up $30 within a few months. A few note they could not reach a person directly and had trouble finding a manager to talk to. Employees get good words from at least one reviewer, who says a staff member handled a request promptly. Drive by, check the gate and lighting yourself, and ask who is on site day to day.
