KO Storage

About KO Storage

KO Storage on S Scenic Ave is a self-storage spot in Springfield, Missouri, with gated access and cameras on site. Rentals run month to month, and the office handles online rentals and payments. The facility says it is open seven days a week for drop-offs and pickups. Reviews land around 4.0 from 192 Google reviews, and they split. Several people single out staff by name for walking them through setup and answering questions. Others describe mice and rats getting into units, and one reviewer says a gate stayed open for a year before it was fixed. A long-term customer of five and a half years reports no pest problems but points to price increases across ownership changes. If you are parking a rig here, ask about pest control and gate repair history before you sign. A reviewer also notes daylight under the unit door, so walk your unit first. Some customers are put off that phone agents are in another state.
