About KO Storage
KO Storage on Troy Road in Springfield is a self-storage facility that also rents space for RVs, boats, and vehicles. It's a straightforward operation with climate-controlled units, month-to-month leases, and online payments. The place is accessible seven days a week, though there's no one on site. Reviews are mixed. People often mention the cleanliness and the friendly staff on the phone. Several say setup was easy and that problems got fixed after a call. But there are repeated complaints about the security gate being broken or left open, and one reviewer noted that some perimeter gates don't have locks. Others had trouble with their entry codes. If you're considering parking your rig here, the main things to weigh are the convenient location and the spotty gate access. It might be worth visiting in person to see the current state of the gate and fencing before you commit.
