About KO Storage
KO Storage sits in Swansboro and runs both indoor climate-controlled units and outdoor parking, so there is room for household goods, business inventory or a rig that stays outside. The property is gated, lit and covered by cameras, with 24/7 access for renters. Reviewers keep coming back to the price and the cleanliness. Several call it cost effective, and more than one mentions how clean the units and grounds are. People also write about how fast the online rental goes: fill out a form, get instructions by email and text, and move in. One renter showed up to a unit that was already taken and had it switched quickly after a call. The staff gets named in reviews too. Maria is praised for being patient and helpful on the phone, and the local manager stopped by during a move to check that things were going well. A gate breakdown left one person stuck for a couple of hours, but they said everyone was kind about it. Drive-up units are an option if you want to pull right up.
