About L & L Self Storage
L & L Self Storage on the Utica side offers self storage units for rent, with 24/7 access listed as an amenity. It carries a 3.7 rating across 88 Google reviews, so the picture is mixed rather than glowing. The reviews split in two directions. Several people mention friendly staff, a clean facility, and security that put them at ease. Others describe the opposite: no one onsite, voicemail boxes full, and a payment kiosk that never worked for them. Billing complaints come up often, mostly about charges continuing after a unit was emptied and cards being charged when someone expected otherwise. If you're considering a unit here, the practical advice from the reviews is to get payment arrangements confirmed in writing before you sign and keep your own record of when you vacate. It's a storage option in Utica, but read the recent reviews yourself and weigh the access against the service complaints.
