About Lake RV
Lake RV is a family-owned storage lot in Perris that also sells RVs and rents trailers. Reviewers mention clean facilities and helpful staff, with Taffy and Kyle singled out for praise. The lot is expanding, so spots may be available. Storage spots are described as nice-sized and easy to get in and out. One reviewer appreciated that the team washes and inspects their RV monthly for a small extra charge and sends a photo. Another noted staff noticed a molding issue and tire covers needed, then took care of it. They also rent Class C RVs, travel trailers, and toy haulers. Renters say the booking process is smooth and units are clean and well-stocked. Delivery and setup get good marks too. If you need storage or a rental, call to check availability.

“There is not enough room here to share how happy I am with my experience at Lake RV and the owner Kyle Humphrey. In searching for a travel trailer, I encountered many sellers who were, putting it mildly, less than trustworthy.” – Pam R., 2 years ago, on Google
“This is my 2nd season renting through Lake RV Rental. We have been renting Class C RV's and travel trailers for my kids mountain biking season. Every rental has been 100% smooth!! I have been working with Taffy both seasons.” – j a., 3 years ago, on Google
“No one does customer service like Lake RV! I have stored many places but the fact that they wash my rv and inspect it every month (additional charge but minimal and SOOO worth it) is next level!” – Shiela K., 2 years ago, on Google
