About Lake Spanaway Self Storage
Lake Spanaway Self Storage sits in Tacoma and rents units for households and businesses that have run out of room. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else. One person said the office manager knew how to say their name right and fixed a lock problem on the spot. Another called the managers friendly and said six months in they were still happy. Security comes up a lot in the reviews too, along with clean units that have lights inside. Someone parking an RV mentioned good gate times and called the place very secure. Pricing gets mentioned as well. A reviewer said staff compared rates on a couple of sizes so they could pick what fit their budget. Cameras are part of the setup. Not every review is glowing. One person said the facility turned them away when they asked for help after a car was stolen. The rating is 4.4 across 109 reviews, and the feedback leans positive on staff, security and cleanliness. Call ahead on gate hours and unit sizes before you haul the rig over.
