About Lakestone Storage Madison/DeForest
Lakestone Storage sits near the I-90 and US-51 interchange in DeForest, which makes it easy to reach from most of Dane County. The place is gated with cameras and 24/7 access, and reviewers keep mentioning how clean and well lit it is. The outdoor units have 12-foot doors, so the larger ones fit RVs and boats. Some units come with electricity and lights. Leases are flexible, and you can pay bills online. Reviewers tend to bring up the staff first. People describe them as friendly, responsive and easy to work with, and more than one reserved a unit in a short window. The facility is newer, reviews call it secure and easy to get in and out of, and a long-term renter since 2020 said they plan to stay. Rates get positive mentions too. One reviewer had trouble reaching anyone on site, noting staff work remotely, so that is worth knowing before you drive over.
