Reviewers call the grounds clean and well kept, and several note the lot is lit and accessible 24 hours a day with a personal gate code. Owners Lee and Carol come up often in reviews. People say they are easy to reach and quick to answer questions, and one long-term customer remembered the crew being hired to help move contents when a unit was damaged.
