About Lee Davis Mini Storage
Lee Davis Mini Storage sits in Mechanicsville and rents units in a few sizes, including covered and climate-controlled space for people who want to keep condensation off their things. It is an older facility, but reviewers describe it as well built and well kept. Rates come up as reasonable in more than one review, and long-term renters have stayed for years. The office staff get mixed word of mouth. Some reviewers call the on-site managers attentive and courteous, and one mentions a call about a pair of glasses found near a unit. Others describe front desk encounters that were rude, and one renter says a request for unit photos was turned down. A separate review reports mold and water damage. Access is not 24 hours, though one reviewer says the posted hours work fine for them. Hours are posted, so check them against your schedule before you commit. If you have a rig to park, ask what covered space is open.
