About Loc-n-Stor
Loc-n-Stor sits on a single-level lot in Petaluma with drive-up and interior units, plus spots for RVs, boats, cars, trailers, and fifth-wheels. Access runs seven days a week through a gated keypad entry, and security cameras cover the property. On-site management is there too. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Ann and Amber get named for walking people through rentals and answering questions plainly, and one reviewer recalls a manager staying late to help with a dead car battery. Tyler gets similar credit for explaining options and setting things up. People also call the place clean, secure, and well maintained, and a long-term renter said their ground-level unit stayed dry all year with no moisture problems. Renting and paying can be done online, and moving supplies are sold on site. Worth knowing: one longtime customer noted steady rate increases over the years, so ask about current pricing when you book.
