About LocalStorage
LocalStorage sits on Laurel Bay Road along SC-116, close to MCAS Beaufort and the Laurel Bay military housing area. Folks coming from Magnolia Park, Edisto Woods, Burton or Port Royal can get there by US-21 and SC-170. The site handles RVs, boats and other vehicles, with covered parking and indoor options in the mix. The place is fenced and gated, and the premises are well lit. Cameras run 24/7 at most of the facility, and there's an on-site manager. Climate-controlled units are available if you need them, and leases go month to month. You can manage your account online, and packing and moving supplies are sold on site. Reviews are few and mixed. One person called it a bit overpriced. Another described a mix-up with corporate that got sorted once the property manager, Pablo, stepped in, even though it was his day off. He stayed to help them move their things in.

What renters mention
“Had a major miscommunication with corporate which led to a bit of stress regarding getting things into our unit. After reaching the 800 number I decided to drive over and thank goodness Pablo the property manager was there.” – Sophia B., 11 months ago, on Google
