About LocalStorage
LocalStorage sits in Clarence, NY and handles more than boxes. The site offers exterior units and indoor climate-controlled storage, plus RV and boat parking that reviewers say has grown over the past couple of years. One camper owner parked a travel trailer for the winter and found the spots large, with plenty of driveway room to maneuver. Another stored an RV over the summer and called the area clean and well maintained. Staff get the most mentions in reviews, and the word that keeps coming up is accommodating. Cleanliness shows up too, along with a few notes on payments. Services include moving carts and dollies, move-in trucks, packing supplies, online payments and package placement. Not every review is sunny. One customer warned the front door did not latch and said security was a recurring problem. Another reserved a unit that was not ready on the agreed day and could not get a deposit back. Worth reading the full reviews before you book.
