About LocalStorage
On Hunker Waltz Mill Rd, LocalStorage handles self storage, and RV and boat owners use it too. The office has hours, but you can set up a unit over the phone. One reviewer said it was very easy to talk with and get a unit set up that way. Another had a 10x15 long term and sometimes a 5x10 for winter toys, and called the prices fair with friendly people. Most reviews mention the staff. Haidee gets named for being friendly and answering a pile of questions on a rough day. RJ walked someone through uploading a driver's license step by step. Others say the gentleman they spoke with was courteous and helped with the whole process. Not every review is positive. One person complained that no one answers the phone and called the online payment service a joke. The rating is 4.6 from 17 reviews, so the helpful ones stand out but not everyone had that experience. Online payments are listed as a service, though that reviewer was not a fan.
