About LocalStorage
This is a Meadville self-storage operation with a long local track record. Conneaut Lake Self Storage opened in 1987, and Meadville Self Storage followed in 1992. The Meadville Tribune has voted it Best Self Storage Facility the past 10 years running. The office keeps hours six days a week, and U-Haul trucks are available on site. Reviews average 4.3 across 45 ratings, and the themes run toward helpful people and easy access. Several reviewers mention clean units and a simple sign-up and move-out process. One called the owners wonderful people and said they kept her belongings safe. Others liked how accessible the location is and mentioned promo deals. Not every review is warm. A few complain about a broken gate that stayed unrepaired for months and a rate increase of nearly 80% over two years. One reviewer says her unit was broken into and that the facility had no cameras at the time. Another had trouble getting a call back. Cameras are listed among the amenities, so ask where they cover.
