The lot is fenced and secured by a coded gate, and a resident manager lives on site. Cameras are part of the setup, and the owner has said more are being added. Reviewers often mention the friendly staff and managers, with several calling them kind and helpful. Clean grounds and cleanliness come up too. Security gets positive nods, and the owner noted no break-ins in the last two years. One reviewer appreciates the reasonable prices compared to nearby spots. A few practical notes from reviews: the entrance is on a steep hill, and the gate opens on a timed schedule from 7am to 7pm daily.
