Units with climate control, lighting and electricity are part of the lineup, and the site has cameras and 24/7 access. Reviewers often bring up the staff. Several call them helpful and friendly, and one mentions Gary by name as easy to reach. Cleanliness comes up too, along with wide aisles and simple online payment. A few long-term renters say the rate has gone up. One review describes water damage in a climate-controlled unit and a rough go with management over it.
