About LockBox Storage - Zorinsky
LockBox Storage on Zorinsky is an Omaha self-storage spot that also takes RVs, boats and trailers on outdoor parking. The lot is gated, and drive-up access means you pull right to your spot instead of hauling gear down a hallway. Reviewers tend to talk about the management more than the pavement. Michael the manager comes up by name, called efficient and hardworking, and more than one person says he is the reason they stayed. Others mention the place being well kept and the team easy to reach by phone, including folks who set everything up remotely. The recurring gripe is rate increases. One long-term customer worried the jumps could price the lot out of being a good place to keep an RV. As of late December 2024 there is no manager in the office, and questions, account changes and support go through phone or email. If you want a person on site every day, that is worth knowing before you sign.

“Very well kept place. Nice having someone on property all the time. They do seem to raise their rates often though. I'm afraid they will price themselves out of being a great place to store my RV.” – david w., a year ago, on Google
“Did everything remotely over the phone but when I had a question i called and they answered it well. Best storage place I've used, didn't stay long enough to have a price jump though.” – Kyle Z., 3 months ago, on Google
“Micheal The Manger does a great job running the place. He is an absolute blast. He is efficient, timely, and hardworking. I would not have used this facility if it wasn't for Michael.” – Preston S., 2 years ago, on Google
