About Lookout Self Storage
Lookout Self Storage sits on E Lake Avenue in Rossville, close to the Tennessee/Georgia line, so it draws plenty of people from the Greater Chattanooga side. Alongside regular household and business units, the property has dedicated spots for RVs, boats and other vehicles. Drive-up units are part of the mix, and some storage is climate controlled. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Jason, the manager, comes up often, described as kind, honest and quick to help. One person needed a second unit after an unexpected move and had it sorted in 48 hours. Cleanliness is the other theme, mentioned far more than anything else across the 57 reviews, which average 4.8 stars. Access runs on a personal code at the lock pads, which reviewers tie to feeling their things are safe. You can rent online through ClickandStor 24/7 and set up autopay. Moving and packing supplies are sold on-site.
