About Luxe Dream Garage
Luxe Dream Garage sells luxury garage condos near Waterside in Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota. These are units you own, not rent, built for cars, RVs, motorcycles and boats. The building is solid concrete and holds 65 units plus a clubhouse where owners gather. Reviewers talk about the place in unusually warm terms. They call it clean, secure and well thought out, and one described it as closer to a private automotive sanctuary than vehicle storage. Polished concrete floors and dramatic lighting come up. Climate control is mentioned too, which matters if you keep something special in there. Staff come up in several reviews. Jon and Dave get named for walking people through the process and being easy to deal with. The location gets praise as well, with one reviewer noting it is about 20 minutes from Longboat Key. Hurricanes came up in one review as a reason the concrete construction appealed to them.
