About MacArthur Drive Self Storage
MacArthur Drive Self Storage sits just off North MacArthur Drive in Alexandria, with boat and RV storage among the options. Climate controlled units are available too, which matters in this part of Louisiana. Reviews are mixed, sitting at 4.4 from a small batch of seven. One reviewer called the staff nice ladies. Another had a rough experience with service and felt judged about what they could afford. A third warned that not every unit is environmentally controlled and mentioned rats getting into some areas, so it pays to look at which unit you pick. If you need to sort out a rental outside normal hours, call the number listed and someone can help. Ask which units are actually climate controlled before you commit.
