Malcolm Properties RV Storage, LLC

About Malcolm Properties RV Storage, LLC

This is a family-owned storage yard in Albuquerque that handles RVs, travel trailers, boats, and other vehicles, with both covered and indoor spaces available. It has been running for two decades and sits close to highway access, which makes dropping in on your way out of town easier. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Anne and David get named again and again for being helpful and easy to work with, and one customer has stored a motorcoach here since 2008. Security comes up too: the property is fully gated, and people say they feel confident leaving their rigs. A dump station and dumpster on site are handy when you roll back from a trip. There is more than parking. Reviewers mention the wash service, having the fridge started and tires aired before a trip, routine maintenance and small repairs, and having the rig pulled out and waiting when they request it. A hose is available if you would rather wash it yourself. Reviewers also call the rates competitive for indoor storage.
