About Medina Lake Mini Storage
Medina Lake Mini Storage sits in Lakehills and serves folks from Pipe Creek and Castroville too. The owners answer the phone themselves, and reviewers keep bringing that up: you talk to the people who run the place, not a call center. Rates come up a lot in reviews, and most people say they run lower than other spots around here. One reviewer with a handyman business likes the 24-hour access for loading tools after hours. Another mentions a 10x20 unit with a 13-foot ceiling and doors on both ends. Drive-up access and extra-wide loading aisles make backing a rig in less of a production. Cleanliness shows up in the feedback, and so do the owners. One long-time renter had a billing run-in with the newer management and pulled their stuff, so read the paperwork on rates and payment addresses before you sign. The facility is rated 4.6 across 19 Google reviews.

What renters mention
“Several things set this storage facility apart from the others in the area. I run a handyman business and so the fact that it is open 24 hours is very convenient as I can load and unload tools after hours and early in the morning.” – Andy H., 2 years ago, on Google
“I have had my "life" stored here for 2 years now and have not 1 complaint. I've had to use other storage facilities throughout Texas and this is by far my best experience yet.” – Kimberly T., 12 years ago, on Google
“The owners of the mini storage place are wonderful people and they will work with you the best they can, the storage area is always clean with plenty of space even in thier smaller units.” – Anastasia C., 4 years ago, on Google
