About Mendon Secure Storage
Mendon Secure Storage sits at 36 Milford St, a short drive from Route 16, Milford, and Hopedale. The property is gated and lit, with cameras and 24-hour drive-up access. Units range from 5x10 up to 20x20 and 15x30. Buildings have pitched roofs for extra vertical space, and all units are ground-floor with no stairs or elevators. Online rentals are contactless, and leases run month to month. Reviewers often mention the property being clean and newly constructed. One person described securing a unit online in under 10 minutes. Others have noted helpful staff during the rental process, and a few mention easy access and snow removal. Some reviews raise concerns about customer service and billing. One person said they had trouble exiting the property more than once and had to rely on remote support. Another mentioned a rate increase after new management took over. A different reviewer described a padlock mix-up and difficulty reaching someone by phone. If you need on-site management, it may be worth asking about that before you sign.
