About Menzel Properties, LLC.
Menzel Properties sits in Sun Prairie and wears a few hats: covered storage for RVs and boats, plus towing, auto repair and an auction operation on the same property. The family calls it a diverse commercial property, a tradition they've kept going. Reviews are mixed, and the 2.5 rating across 17 of them reflects that. A lot of the complaints center on the phone: people describe the person answering as rude and impatient. Others mention slow response times for tows and pricing that changed after the work was done. If you're just scouting a spot to park a rig under cover, the storage side is what you'd come for. Read the reviews yourself before you commit, especially if you think you'll need a tow or service down the line.
