About Metro Self-Storage Center
Metro Self-Storage Center sits on Main Street in Buffalo and has been renting space since 1984. The place runs to more than 700 storage units and 250 vehicle spaces, all indoors and fully heated. That matters in a Western New York winter, and reviewers mention driving vehicles inside and up the ramp. Folks who left reviews call the facility clean, well-lit and secure. Several praise the staff for being friendly and for helping figure out the right unit size. One parent stored a college student's things over the summer and came back to find everything as it was left. Another reviewer had a rough go with late fees and a mix-up over unit access, so read the rental terms closely. The location is on Main Street and the building is locally owned. Hours are limited, which a few reviewers note, but the tradeoff is a fenced, alarmed setup with 24/7 access for renters. Packing supplies and online payments are available on site.
