About Midgard Self Storage
Midgard Self Storage in Naples runs a straightforward operation: clear pricing, flexible leases, and no admin fee. Cameras watch the property around the clock, the lot is fenced, and units are professionally treated for pests. Climate-controlled and drive-up options vary by location, so ask what's available at the one you're eyeing. Most of the 232 Google reviews land on the staff. Reviewers name Meghan, Angie, Zach, Dave W., Mary Beth, and Tim for being patient, knowledgeable, and quick to help, especially during move-in. One renter called the online rental process easy and another said the virtual management worked well. A few mention unit selection: one reserved online and found the space smaller than expected, and another wanted to pick a specific unit to back a trailer up to, so it's worth confirming the fit before you commit. You'll also see U-Haul and auto transport rentals mentioned. The office handles those, and reviewers say the team came through even on last-minute requests.

What renters mention
“Renting a unit from Midgard was easy. It was all online and that part was seamless. However, I chose a pricing option where your future rent is unknown until given a 30 day notice and I couldn't choose the unit itself.” – Chris C., a year ago, on Google
“The staff is highly professional and truly knowledgeable about their product. Meghan was courteous, focused, and extremely helpful throughout the onboarding process, making everything easy to understand.” – Valley V., 5 months ago, on Google
“This unique and seamless process of virtual management was made even better by my representative named Zach. He was patient, as I'm a first time storage unit renter.” – David C., 9 months ago, on Google
