About Mill Creek Self Storage
Mill Creek Self Storage sits in Bothell and rents covered and uncovered spots for RVs, boats and other vehicles, along with drive-up and inside storage units in a range of sizes. Access is gated with unique entry codes, and cameras run around the clock. Reviewers tend to bring up the staff, and most of what they say is kind. People describe helpful, friendly employees who stay late to finish paperwork and are easy to chat with. Cleanliness comes up too, and several mention the rent truck as a help on move-in day. The rating sits at 4.2 across 58 Google reviews, so it is not all praise. Some reviewers point to rent climbing sharply on the same unit, and one mentions rodents. Another writes that management tossed their belongings instead of working something out. Read the recent reviews yourself before you commit. Parking and office hours are worth confirming before you drive over.
