About Mini Mall Storage
Mini Mall Storage in Bloomington runs a straightforward operation with covered, indoor, and outdoor storage. The lot is gated and has cameras, and you can get in 24/7. Climate control is available if you need it, and they also handle boat storage. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, especially Makhan. People say he's polite, answers questions, and helped one customer sort out a trailer spot. Others call the facility clean and secure. A few mention the sign-up process was quick. The team gets credit for being accommodating and efficient. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer says the place changed hands and prices went up, with extra fees and an insurance enrollment they had to clear up. That's worth knowing if you're comparing costs. Overall the rating sits at 4.8 from 425 reviews, so most people come away satisfied. If you want a secure spot with staff who actually pick up the phone, this is worth a look.
