About Mini Mall Storage - Columbus
Mini Mall Storage sits at 480 Exchange Drive in Columbus, next to Pizza Hut and across from the AEP Sullivant Laydown Yard. It is a self-storage facility that also handles cars and boats, with covered, indoor and outdoor storage mentioned. The gate is keyed, cameras are on site, and tenants get 24/7 access. The reviews lean positive, and one name comes up again and again. Tina gets called out for being patient, friendly and clear about the process, and several reviewers say they would recommend the place because of her. People also mention the site feeling safe and professional and being able to get the unit size they wanted. Not every review is glowing. One tenant wrote about a broken gate, no one answering the phone, and a break-in during a short stay, and said the location is unmanned. Climate control, online payments and packing supplies are listed as services. Worth a visit to see the site before you sign.
