About Mini Mall Storage
Mini Mall Storage sits on Margaret Avenue in Kirbyville, near the Pickett Fence and the Valero station. It handles self storage plus covered, indoor and outdoor parking for RVs and boats. Units include climate control and drive-up access, and the grounds are gated with cameras. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Lawanda and Tammie get named again and again for being friendly, patient and quick to answer questions. One person called to reserve instead of booking online and said everything was ready when they stopped by. Another noted that voicemails get returned right away, sometimes before they even leave one. Pricing comes up too, and not all of it is glowing. A renter in a 10x20 climate controlled unit was fine with the monthly rate but unhappy about the extra fees stacked on top. Worth asking what those add up to before you sign. Overall the reviews land at 4.7 stars across 97 ratings, and the cleanliness of the place gets mentioned often.
